Choosing the right memorial is crucial in honouring a life lived. Globe Memorial designs, builds and installs beautiful headstones, also known as gravestones, that serve as lasting tributes to your loved ones.

Headstones and Base memorials are constructed from two or more pieces of granite. The upper piece, known as the headstone, rests on a lower base stone. These two parts are securely bonded using a monumental-grade adhesive and stainless-steel dowels.

While some may refer to the base as the foundation or known as the footing, this is the reinforced concrete structure set into the ground. This footing anchors the base of the monument, ensuring that the headstone and base remain stable and upright over time.
